A fast-paced hackathon where explorers, coders, and creatives use AI vibe-coding to dream up fresh digital tools that support Hengchun’s local businesses. In three hours, you’ll team up, prototype bold ideas, and pitch them on stage to be crowned our first “Vibe Champion.”

11:00–11:15 — Kickoff + Intro to vibe-coding

11:15–11:30 — Local business challenge briefing

11:30–13:30 — Vibe-coding sprint 2h

13:30–13:50 — Lightning pitches (90s each)

13:50–14:00 — Wrap-up & “Vibe Champion” vote

Outcomes We Are Vibing For

- Digital MVPs to help local businesses connect—maybe a “suggested Hengchun itinerary” chatbot, a local produce finder, or a tribal-art AR filter.

- Proof-of-concept prompts that can become a playbook for future vibecoders tackling cultural or tourism challenges.

- Building cross-sector collab between coders, designers, business owners, and festival-goers.

- Bring your laptop 💻

- Basic programming experience

- Or no-code vibe-coding experience
