About Launcher

Igniting Innovation/from the Heart of Hengchun

Founded in 2018 on Taiwan’s Hengchun Peninsula, Launcher takes its name from the island’s ancient moniker, "Langjiao"—a playful nod to launching creative and cultural energy into new horizons.

Born from a collective of artists, dreamers, and adventurers captivated by Hengchun’s rich music, history, and landscapes, we built deep connections with local communities, artists, and organizations—creating festivals and cultural events rooted in the land itself.

At our core, we are storytellers of local life, where small gatherings often grow into vibrant community celebrations.

As more seek escape from city life, Launcher has become a space where work and vacation blend seamlessly, inspiring a new rhythm of creative living.

This is Launcher—where culture, passion, and exploration take flight. 🚀

VISION

Redefining the Future of Living

In response to the modern pursuit of work-life balance, we embrace the blurring lines between local living and travel experiences, redefining the way we think about work, leisure, and personal well-being. By breaking free from traditional notions of "work," Launcher offers digital nomads the space to craft their own way of life—one where work and personal fulfillment exist in perfect harmony. Here, dreams of balance become reality, and together, we inspire a new understanding of work in the modern world.

The Profound Local Impact of "Workation"

Launcher uncovers the hidden beauty of Taiwan’s remote regions, connecting digital nomads with authentic local experiences that go beyond tourism. Through these deep and meaningful interactions, we breathe fresh energy into local communities, fostering a dynamic exchange between travelers and residents. By expanding the network of engaged individuals and encouraging sustainable regional development, we create a lasting impact—where places thrive, and people truly belong.
