Return Policy

Terms & Conditions
Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Policy

Launcher.com.tw offers both physical merchandise (“Online Shopping”) and experience-based activities (“Experiential Products”). Please review the following policies carefully before making a purchase.
I. Online Shopping Policy
Applies to physical merchandise such as books, apparel, water bottles, and other retail items.
1. Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If any item is defective or damaged (excluding damages caused by improper handling), contact our customer service at info@launcher.com.tw with relevant photos and descriptions for assistance.

2. 7-Day Cooling-Off Period
You are entitled to a 7-day inspection period (inclusive of weekends and holidays) from the date of delivery. For example, if your order arrives on January 1, you must submit a return request by January 7. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

3. Return Conditions
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
Unused and in brand-new condition.
Complete with all original packaging, accessories, and any complimentary items.
Properly packaged using the original shipping materials or equivalent protection.
Returns will not be accepted if:
Items have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
Original packaging is missing or damaged.
The product shows visible signs of wear or improper storage.
The return request exceeds the 7-day period.
For Kongsheng Island digital experiences:
Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the activation code has not been used.
No refunds will be issued after 7 days or once the activation code has been activated.

4. Return Process
To request a return, please email info@launcher.com.tw within 7 days of receiving your order, including:
Your name
Order number
Contact phone number
Product name
Reason for return and photos
If the return is due to our error or product defect, we will cover the return shipping costs. For personal reasons (e.g. dislike, incorrect fit), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refund Processing
Credit Card Payments
Once your return is verified, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Posting times vary depending on your card issuer.
Note: If cancellation is requested before shipment, bank handling fees may apply depending on your card provider’s policy.
ATM Transfers
Please provide your bank details to customer service. Refunds will be transferred within 7 business days after return verification.
II. Experiential Product Policy
Applies to activities such as Kongsheng Island tours, cycling trips, dining experiences, and other scheduled events.
1. Cancellations Initiated by the Customer
Before receiving the order confirmation email, you may cancel directly through the website for a full refund.
After receiving the confirmation email, you must contact customer service to cancel, and the refund policy below will apply.

2. Cancellations Initiated by Organizer
In the event of force majeure (including severe weather, natural disasters, or government-issued closure warnings), we will notify participants via email or SMS and issue a full refund.
If a session does not meet the minimum participant requirement 7 days prior to the event, we will cancel that session and issue a full refund.

3. Refund Policy for Customer-Initiated Cancellations
31 days or more prior to the event: Full refund.
11 to 30 days prior: 10% cancellation fee.
4 to 10 days prior: 30% cancellation fee.
1 to 3 days prior: 50% cancellation fee.
Same-day cancellations, late arrivals, no-shows, or leaving mid-activity: No refund.

4. Refund Processing
Credit Card Payments
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method after verification.
ATM Transfers
Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after verification.
