The Hengchun Peninsula begins south of Fenggang, at the southernmost tip of Taiwan. Surrounded by the sea on three sides, it brings together mountains, coral reef landscapes, a historic old town, and local communities within easy reach. With average winter temperatures of around 22–26°C, its warm climate and natural environment make outdoor life possible throughout the season.

In Hengchun, work and life do not need to be separate. You can work from a coworking space or café in the morning and head to the coast in the afternoon. After a day of forums and conversations, share dinner or watch the sunset with people you have just met. The old town, mountains, ocean, and everyday local life all become part of your Workation experience.

From December 1–7, 2026, Far Far Away invites you to live in Hengchun for one week. Arrive as a traveler, live like a local, and experience the Workation rhythm of focused days and sunsets by the sea.

For International Travelers

Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (TPE)
Take the Taoyuan Airport MRT to Taoyuan HSR Station, then transfer to the High Speed Rail (HSR) and travel to Zuoying HSR Station (approx. 1.5–2 hours). From there, take bus 9189 or 9188 to Hengchun Bus Station (approx. 2–3 hours).
Taipei Songshan Airport (TSA)
Take the Taipei Metro (MRT) to Taipei HSR Station, then transfer to the High Speed Rail (HSR) and travel to Zuoying HSR Station (approx. 1.5–2 hours). From there, take bus 9189 or 9188 to Hengchun Bus Station (approx. 2–3 hours).
Kaohsiung International Airport (KHH)
Take the Kaohsiung Metro (KMRT) to Zuoying HSR Station, then transfer to bus 9189 or 9188 to Hengchun Bus Station (approx. 2–3 hours).

For Domestic Travelers

Take the HSR to Zuoying Station, then transfer to bus 9189 or 9188 to Hengchun Bus Station (approx. 2–3 hours).
Taiwan Railways (TRA) + Bus
Take the TRA to Fangliao Station, then transfer to bus 9189 or 9188 to Hengchun Bus Station (approx. 2–3 hours).

/ By Car /

Drive via National Freeway No. 3 or Expressway No. 88, then connect to Provincial Highway 26 (Ping-E Highway) heading south. From Kaohsiung, it takes approximately 2–3 hours to reach Hengchun.

Travel Tip

Advance planning and ticket reservations are highly recommended, especially during weekends and public holidays.
