How to Start Your Experience
- Purchase: Place your order and complete payment through our website.
- Get Your Activation Code:
Your code will be sent to your email daily at 3:00 PM—please look out for the email. For urgent requests, message us on IG
- Activate the Experience: Click the link in your email or scan the QR code to begin. (Alternatively, you may add our official account on LINE and enter the code manually to start.
- Choose a date, make your way to the spot and begin to enjoy your experience!
Cancellation
To cancel your order after purchase, please cancel the order on the website or contact our customer service at info@launcher.com.tw with your order number provided. We will process your request as soon as possible.
Refunds are handled in accordance with Article 19 of Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act:
- Within 7 days of order completion, and with the serial number not being activated, a full refund will be issued.
- After 7 days of order completion or if the serial number has already been activated, no refund will be issued.
