How to Book

Check availability
Click the [Google Calendar] link to check seat availability and select your preferred dates.
Purchase your pass
Choose your pass on this website and complete payment.
Receive confirmation email
Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions. Please check your inbox (and spam folder).
Check in & Start using
Arrive at Launcher Lab on your reserved date to check in and start using the space.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, please do so through the booking website or contact us at info@launcher.com.tw with your order number. Refunds will follow the Standard Form Contract for Domestic Travel:

Cancel 5 days or more before your reservation. Full refund.
Cancel 2 to 4 days before your reservation. A 50% cancellation fee applies. You’ll receive a 50% refund.
Cancel 0–1 day before your reservation, or no-show. No cancellations, changes, or refunds will be accepted.

於該頁面選擇預約日期、通行證方案，並完成付款。
確認通知信件
訂單成立後，系統將自動寄發詳細說明信至您填寫的電子信箱，請留意收件匣與垃圾郵件匣。
到場使用空間
請依照預約日期，前往「Launcher Lab 城東大院子」報到並使用空間。

取消訂單

訂購後如因故需要取消，請於購買網站取消訂單，或聯絡客服信箱 info@launcher.com.tw，並提供訂單編號，我們將儘速處理。相關退費以「國內個別旅遊定型化契約」之規定辦理：

使用日前 5 天（含）之前取消，全額退費。
使用日前 2～4 天之間取消，收取手續費 50%
使用日前0 ~ 1 天之間取消，不可取消、更改訂單，亦不得請求退款
