How to Book

Complete Your Purchase: Select your preferred pass option on this page, then proceed with payment.
Activation & Confirmation Email: Once your payment is completed, your service will be activated immediately, and your pass period will begin at that moment. An activation email will also be sent to the address you provided — please check your inbox (and spam folder) and follow the instructions to complete the setup.
Check-in & Use the Space: Please follow the instructions in the activation email to check in at Launcher Lab and start using the space.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, please do so through the booking website or contact us at info@launcher.com.tw with your order number. Refunds will follow the Standard Form Contract for Domestic Travel:

Cancel 5 days or more before your reservation. Full refund.
Cancel 2 to 4 days before your reservation. A 50% cancellation fee applies. You’ll receive a 50% refund.
Cancel 0–1 day before your reservation, or no-show. No cancellations, changes, or refunds will be accepted.

訂單付款完成後，系統將立即開通服務並開始計算使用時間。同時會寄出「開通信」至您填寫的電子信箱，請留意收件匣與垃圾郵件匣，並依信件指示完成啟用。
到場使用空間
請依「開通信」中的指示，前往 Launcher Lab 城東大院子報到並使用空間。

取消訂單

訂購後如因故需要取消，請於購買網站取消訂單，或聯絡客服信箱 info@launcher.com.tw，並提供訂單編號，我們將儘速處理。相關退費以「國內個別旅遊定型化契約」之規定辦理：

使用日前 5 天（含）之前取消，全額退費。
使用日前 2～4 天之間取消，收取手續費 50%
使用日前0 ~ 1 天之間取消，不可取消、更改訂單，亦不得請求退款
