What to Expect
A stream isn’t just scenery — it’s a mystery waiting to be solved! Join us as we observe aquatic insects, play games to understand their connection to water quality, and learn how these indicator species reveal the health of a stream.
Then gear up and step into the water for hands‑on sampling, sorting, and recording, becoming a real‑life stream investigator. Finally, share your findings with the group and take home your own viewing box, so you can keep exploring the wonders of the natural world long after the workshop ends.
What to Bring
Clothes for changing (including underwear), towel, plenty of drinking water, personal ID, sunscreen, umbrella and any personal medication.
What to Wear
You’ll be wading through streams, so we recommend wearing comfortable shorts and sturdy sandals.
Fee included
NT 1200 each person
Fee includes: Park admission, guided tour, underwater viewing box, and insurance.

Shuangliu Nature Education Center
The southernmost forest classroom in all of Taiwan. Here, there are no desks or blackboards, only the sounds of insects, birds, and flowing streams.

Booking Process
- Purchase: Place your order and complete payment through our website.
- Submit Insurance Information: After your purchase is complete, please fill out the insurance form (You can also find this link in your order confirmation email.)
- Receive Pre-Departure Notice: You will receive a pre-departure email three days before the activity. Please check your inbox regularly.
- Arrival at Meeting Point: Get ready, bring a smile, and head to the designated meeting location!

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, please do so via the booking platform or email us at info@launcher.com.tw with your order number. We will process your request as soon as possible.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with our standard terms and conditions, based on Taiwan’s Standard Contract for Domestic Individual Travel:
- 31 days or more before the activity: Full refund
- 11–30 days before the activity: 90% refund (10% processing fee)
- 4–10 days before the activity: 70% refund (30% processing fee)
- 1–3 days before the activity: 50% refund (50% processing fee)
- Same-day cancellation, late arrival, personal withdrawal, or failure to cancel in advance: No refund
