Step into the heart of Hengchun Old Town, where I-fung Seaweed Paste x Dian-dian have come together to create The Taste of Time: A Flavor Lab – presenting you the culinary experimentation rooted in local taste with hot rice and great sauces.
The journey begins with a short branding film introducing I-fung's legacy since 1963—its devotion to sun-dried green seaweed and traditional "tsukudani"(つくだに) techniques. Then, take part in a blind-tasting game to rediscover what truly makes a seaweed paste delicious, paired with our signature drink "Gift of the Sea" to awaken your palate.
The highlight of the experience: each guest receives a warm bowl of rice, slow-cooked with care, and a selection of toppings to create your personal three-style tasting set. Beyond classics like Ochazuke and TKG(Tamago Kake Gohan), you'll also explore unexpected pairings—toast, crackers, and handmade snacks—proving that green seaweed paste isn't just for rice, but a versatile companion to every meal.
To conclude, every participant will receive a limited-edition wooden Hengchun Yueqin(Moon Guitar) Keychain, engraved with the event name and date—an exclusive keepsake never for sale, only gifted. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, please do so via the booking platform or email us at info@launcher.com.tw with your order number. We will process your request as soon as possible.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with our standard terms and conditions, based on Taiwan’s Standard Contract for Domestic Individual Travel:
- 31 days or more before the activity: Full refund
- 11–30 days before the activity: 90% refund (10% processing fee)
- 4–10 days before the activity: 70% refund (30% processing fee)
- 1–3 days before the activity: 50% refund (50% processing fee)
- Same-day cancellation, late arrival, personal withdrawal, or failure to cancel in advance: No refund
