Not Included
1. Accommodation: Tickets do not include accommodation. Partner accommodation options can be booked separately. Starting October 1, partner B&B / hotel packages will be released progressively on the official website, where guests can directly book accommodation shared with other digital nomads during the festival period.
2. Transportation to and from Hengchun: Travel to Hengchun must be arranged independently.
3. Personal meals: The open kitchen is a shared-use space and does not provide meals.
4. Explore Series: Designated outdoor exploration and local tour experiences require a separate add-on purchase.
5. Other personal expenses.
Booking Information
【A. Booking Information】
Tickets and Order Confirmation
1. After payment is completed, the system will automatically send an order confirmation email to the email address you provided.
2. A pre-departure information email will be sent 3-5 days before departure. It will include the check-in location, activity information, ticket refund / exchange procedures and other important notes. Please make sure to review the email carefully.
【B. Refund and Ticket Change Rules】
Refund requests must be made through the original ticketing platform. If you need to change the participant name, please contact the organizer at least 3 days before departure. Late requests will not be accepted.
【C. Program Changes and Cancellation】
1. In the event of insufficient participant numbers, venue issues, or unexpected circumstances affecting activity providers, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or adjust the itinerary, performances, program content or dates.
2. If the event is cancelled due to force majeure such as natural disasters, epidemics or transportation disruptions, refunds will be handled according to the announced refund policy.
3. If unexpected circumstances occur during the event (such as severe weather or equipment failure), the organizer reserves the right to adjust or terminate the activity and may provide a partial refund or rescheduling option depending on the situation.
【D. Other Terms】
1. No additional refund will be provided if a participant leaves early or is unable to participate in the full program for personal reasons.
2. The organizer reserves the final right to modify, interpret and change the event content and rules.
【E. Image Rights Notice】
Event documentation may include photography and filming. If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please inform staff on site. If no notice is given, you will be deemed to have agreed to the use of your image.
【 F. Travel Accident Insurance】
1. This ticket includes basic travel accident insurance. Please provide complete insurance information when placing your order. Each participant must submit their information.
2. Participants who do not provide the required insurance information will be considered to have waived the organizer-arranged insurance benefit and will need to arrange their own insurance separately.
Booking Process
1. Purchase: Place your order on the website and complete payment.
2. Submit insurance information: After your purchase is complete, please fill in the insurance information form. The form can also be found in the order confirmation email.
3. After the order is confirmed, designated outdoor exploration and local tour experiences can be purchased separately as add-ons.
4. Receive pre-departure information: A pre-departure email will be sent 3-5 days before the event. Please keep an eye on your inbox.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order after purchase, please cancel through the website where you made the purchase, or contact customer service at info@launcher.com.tw and provide your order number. We will process the request as soon as possible.
Refunds will be handled in accordance with the Standardized Contract for Domestic Individual Travel:
1. Cancellation 31 days or more before the event date: full refund.
2. Cancellation 11-30 days before the event date: a 10% handling fee of the total amount will be charged.
3. Cancellation 4-10 days before the event date: a 30% handling fee of the total travel fee will be charged.
4. Cancellation 1-3 days before the event date: a 50% handling fee of the total travel fee will be charged.
5. No refund will be provided for cancellation on the event date, late arrival at the meeting point, leaving the group for personal reasons, or failure to cancel the order or contact customer service.
