How to Book

1. Submit the Reservation Form

Click the [Colive Booking Form] link to select your preferred stay dates and room type, and complete your basic information.

2. Confirmation by Our Team

After you submit the form, our team will contact you within 1–2 business days to confirm availability and ensure the room and dates match your needs.

3. Complete Payment

Once your booking is confirmed, please follow the payment instructions provided by our staff. Your reservation will be secured upon successful payment.

4. Pre-Arrival Information

We will send your pre-arrival information 7 days before check-in to the email address you provided. Please check both your inbox and spam folder to avoid missing important details.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, please do so through the booking website or contact us at info@launcher.com.tw with your order number. Refunds will follow the Standard Form Contract for Domestic Travel.

1. Cancel 31 days or more before your reservation. Full refund.
2. Cancel 11 to 30 days before your reservation. A 10% cancellation fee applies. You’ll receive a 90% refund.
3. Cancel 4 to 10 days before your reservation. A 30% cancellation fee applies. You’ll receive a 70% refund.
4. Cancel 1 to 3 days before your reservation. A 50% cancellation fee applies. You’ll receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations, changes, or refund requests will not be accepted on the day of check-in.

2. 客服聯繫與確認

提交表單後，客服人員將於 1–2 個工作天內與您聯繫，確認可入住時段與房型是否符合您的需求。

3. 完成付款

待確認後，請依照客服提供的付款資訊完成付款，付款完成即代表預訂成立。

4. 行前通知寄送

訂單成立後，我們將於入住前 7 天寄送行前通知至您提供的電子信箱。請務必留意您的收件匣與垃圾郵件匣，以免錯過重要資訊。

取消訂單

訂購後如因故需要取消，請於購買網站取消訂單，或聯絡客服信箱 info@launcher.com.tw，並提供訂單編號，我們將儘速處理。相關退費以「國內個別旅遊定型化契約」之規定辦理。

入住日前 31 天（含）之前取消，全額退費。

入住日前 11～30 天之間取消，收取手續費 10%

入住日前 4～10 天之間取消，收取手續費 30%

入住日前 1～3 天之間取消，收取手續費 50%

入住日當日不可取消、更改訂單，亦不得請求退款
